Du och hotellet kommer överens om villkoren för rumsuthyrningen. Namnet på det bolag som driver hotellet (nedan kallad ”Bauergården” eller ”hotellet”) och med vilket du ingår avtal framgår av bokningsbekräftelsen. Om inte någon speciell överenskommelse har träffats gäller följande regler. För konferenser samt gruppbokningar gäller särskilda regler.
En bokning är bindande i och med att den bekräftats och du fått ett bokningsnummer. Detta kan ske muntligen, skriftligen eller via boknings-system. Vid bokningen är du skyldig att uppge namn, adress, samt incheckningstid om den avviker från öppettider eller hotellets incheckningstid.
För att boka ett rum måste du vara minst 18 år. Du som bokar rummet för en underårig är ansvarig oavsett om du bor eller inte bor med den underårige i rummet.
Av säkerhetsskäl tillåter vi endast våra medarbetare och incheckade gäster att vistas fritt i hotellrum eller andra reserverade lokaler.
Tider för incheckning är 15.00 ankomstdagen och utcheckning 11.00 avresedagen.
Avbokning ske senast kl 18.00 (lokal tid för hotellet) dagen före ankomstdagen. Uteblir du utan avbeställning eller avbeställer senare än kl 18.00, får du betala för ett dygn. Om hotellet haft särskilda kostnader med anledning av din beställning får du ersätta även dessa.
Gäller din bokning en bestämd tidsperiod men avresan sker tidigare kan det medföra prisjusteringar. Ta kontakt med hotellet och meddela avresa. Bor du på hotellet på obestämd tid och förlänger din vistelse med ett dygn i taget behöver du meddela avresan senast kl 18.00 dagen före. I annat fall har vi rätt att ta betalt för ett extra dygn.
Dina värdesaker kan vanligtvis förvaras i hotellets värdeboxar i de rum det finns. Lämna inte värdesaker eller bagage utan uppsikt vid in/utcheckning, frukost eller när du väntar på taxi. Hotellet har av säkerhetsskäl ingen skyldighet att förvara egendom som är av högt värde eller egendom som skulle kunna utsätta hotellets personal eller övriga gäster för fara. Hotellet har inte något strikt ansvar för egendom som du förvarar på hotellrummet eller i bagagerummet.
Generellt gäller att hotellräkningen skall betalas när du får den, oftast vid ankomsten till hotellet eller vid utcheckning. Hotellet accepterar de vanligast förekommande kontokorten. Hotellet är dock inte skyldigt att acceptera kontokort, checkar, kuponger eller utländsk valuta om hotellet inte har erbjudit sig att göra det.
Ta alltid reda på var nödutgångar, larmknapp och brandsläckare finns.

You and the hotel agree on the terms of the room rental. The name of the company that runs the hotel (hereinafter referred to as ”Bauergården” or ”the hotel”) and with which you enter into an agreement appears on the booking confirmation. Unless a special agreement has been reached, the following rules apply. Special rules apply to conferences and group bookings.
A booking is binding as it has been confirmed and you have received a booking number. This can be done orally, in writing or via the booking system. When booking, you are obliged to state your name, address, and check-in time if it deviates from the opening hours or the hotel’s check-in time.
To book a room, you must be at least 18 years old. You who book the room for a minor are responsible regardless of whether or not you live with the minor in the room.
For security reasons, we only allow our employees and checked-in guests to stay freely in hotel rooms or other reserved premises.
Check-in times are 15.00 on the day of arrival and check-out 11.00 on the day of departure.
Cancellation must be made no later than 6 p.m. (local time for the hotel) the day before the day of arrival. If you do not show up without cancellation or cancel later than 6 p.m., you must pay for one day. If the hotel incurred special costs due to your order, you may reimburse these as well.
If your booking is for a specific time period but the departure takes place earlier, this may result in price adjustments. Contact the hotel and inform them of your departure. If you are staying at the hotel for an indefinite period of time and extend your stay by one day at a time, you need to notify the departure no later than 6 p.m the day before. Otherwise, we have the right to charge for an extra day.
Your valuables can usually be kept in the hotel’s safes in the rooms where they are available. Do not leave valuables or luggage unattended during check-in/check-out, breakfast or while waiting for a taxi. For security reasons, the hotel has no obligation to store property that is of high value or property that could expose the hotel staff or other guests to danger. The hotel has no strict liability for property that you keep in the hotel room or in the luggage room.
In general, the hotel bill must be paid when you receive it, usually upon arrival at the hotel or upon check-out. The hotel accepts the most common credit cards. However, the hotel is not obliged to accept credit cards, cheques, vouchers or foreign currency unless the hotel has offered to do so.
